TEL access via your web browser versus the FirstClass Client application
You've no doubt noticed that your web browser interface has a different look, feel and operation format from the interface you see when using the FirstClass client software to access TEL. You will also notice that response to the TEL system is somewhat slower while logged into TEL via your web browser than when accessed using the client software. Although web browser access to TEL provides you with the ability to perform most of the functions available on TEL, we advise all users to use the FirstClass client software in order to maximize their options when logged into your TEL account.
